As a Independent Inventor, I have experienced what I have come to define as,
20th Century "Intellectual Barbarianism"-

For this reason, I am offering a document to "wanna-be" innovators to help clear a path, shine a light and expedite processes to get an Idea from the scratchpad/napkin, to the Patent Office, and legally protected. The existing path needs an Upgrade. There is no clear visibility in getting an idea to market. As if technical advances were not enough of a task; you will encounter many pitfalls
thru trial and error "which all go thru". A mountain which, has nothing to do with inventing, and more to do with unofficial business, politics, cutting throats, stabbing people in the backs, control, power trips and the implied notion, "It's ok, don't take it personal, it's business".
